General Information about our ServSafe class
The ServSafe® Food Safety Program blends the 2015 FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Attendees will learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety within your foodservice operation.
Information about two of our instructors demonstrates our commitment to food safety and continued education in the topic.
Dr. Nancy Caldarola has been an active member of the ServSafe® program development and review committees since the late-1980s. She was a content reviewer for the ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition textbook, and has been involved with the program’s certification process for more than a decade. She currently serves on the FDA Retail Food Store Food Safety Partnership, a national food safety task force involving foodservice and food delivery in convenience retail and grocery operations. She also has been invited to join the Sani Professional Food Safety Advisory Board, one of the partners in Food Safety education.
Ms. Cristina Caro is a frequent Food Safety speaker for industry training breakouts, association workshops, and specialty sessions for continuing education. She is also involved in the convenience retail channel and is a colleges and university nutrition specialist.
